The paper is to give some results of preparing composite materials base on High Density PolyEtylen (HDPE). The layers of HDPE is designed with different forms and to be hot pressed at 125-130 oC in pressure of 200 kG/cm2 for 30 min. The results showed that layers of HDPE with flower form had high mechanical properties and suffice to test by AK gun, K56T bullet in 150m distance.
