Abstract

The paper presented the results and analysis of acid rain parameters within 10 years from 2013 to 2022 in Khanh Hoa province. The results showed that, over 10 years, the number of the rains in Khanh Hoa tended to increase gradually from 2014-2022, the rate of acid rain was quite high in the periods from 2013 to 2015 and from 2018 to 2019. However, in recent years this rate has been very low. Surveying the number of the rains by month showed that the number of the rains and the frequency of acid rain fall in the last months of the year. The analysis of  the concentration of ions in rainwater showed that SO42- ion was the main component causing acid rain, Ca2+ ion was the main acid neutralizing component, and the risk of acid rain is still high.
