This paper presents the results of research on the application additives of the manufacture of MC-30R pyrotechnic composite. The results showed that a small amount of nano Fe2O3 and aerosil SiO2 admixtures in the ingredients makes the delay composite potion work stably. MC-30 pyrotechnic delay composite can be applied in the NLP-17 fuse.
