Abstract

 In this article, the study of tube hydroforming process with axial feed and non-counter pressure to make detail of connecting T by using numerical simulation. Numerical simulation on Deform 3D software to select appropriate technology parameters: forming fluid pressure, axial compression speed. Based on numerical simulation, evaluate the influence of technology parameters on the process of forming detail. The results obtained allow recommendations for technology design and optimization problems.
